Trip Insurance due to the uncertainty of COVID-19-related issues, is highly recommended when purchasing a trip of any duration for future travel. A “cancel for any reason” policy may be the only one that will cover COVID-19. However, be sure to carefully read and understand all that is covered under any policy to ensure it covers all your specific trip needs; i.e., COVID-19-related issues, downhill skiing (which is not covered under some policies), etc.

2025-2026 Trip Application Submission Instructions
The Board is pleased to announce the official 2025-2026 RSC Trip schedule. The trip flyers will go live on the website on April 1, 2025, as well as placed in the 2025 April Pacesetter. An e-blast announcement has been sent to all RSC Members. Members will have 30 days to review the trip flyers and reach out to the trip leaders with any questions. Some trip locations may sell out faster than others, so do your homework.
ALL applications must be sent via email to the respective trip leader(s) so that an accurate time stamp can be determined. The submission date and time have been set for 11AM on May 1st, 2025 (IF RECEIVED BEFORE 11AM, IT WILL BE RETURNED). In order to be complete, the email shall include a scan or photograph of the completed trip application form and deposit check(s). Spaces will be assigned in order of receipt of applications.
This year’s trip application will include space to request your unit or bedding type based on the accommodation types shown on the trip flyers. If you are a single traveler and have a roommate request, that request needs to be reflected on both or all trip applications. Your group will have a better chance of getting on one of the more popular trips if one person is designated to send in all of their group’s trip applications. NOTE: If you are out of town on May 1st or live in an area with slow internet service you may designate another member or a family member to send your application in for you or most email servers allow you to set up a delivery date and time in advance. The Board feels this is the fairest way of receiving trip applications for those who live out of the area or who may be out of state/country on vacation. Initial applications are not allowed to be hand delivered to any Trip Leader.
The paper copy of the trip application(s) along with the required deposit check(s) must be received by the designated leader within 7 days otherwise the application will lose its priority. This year, you will not be able to renew or join RSC until May 1st, but you will have until May 15th to do so before risking your priority on a trip. If either of these occur your name(s) will be placed on the respective trips waitlist.
While a trip flyer may list an Ikon or Epic Ski Pass, it is only an option.
