CARAVAN MEET UP: ROCKVILLE PARK AND RIDE LOCATED ON ASHLAND
ROAD, GOOCHLAND. MEET @ 9:00
Take a tour through history when we visit the Culture Museum in Staunton VA.
map and other valuable information to make this visit even more enjoyable as well
as educational.
We will travel through time to the sixteen and seventeen hundreds. There are
multiple exhibits as well as gardens, craftsmen, farms, reconstructed buildings
and more. There will be interpreters to talk about how the original buildings were
constructed, to show how diverse people and cultures blended. Visit living history
and you will learn about the courage and determination exhibited by the early
settlers.
